Sh** We Love
Yeah, it's exactly what it sounds like.
Whether it be at a watch fair, out in the field, at an art gallery, or anywhere in-between, here is some cool sh** that we love that's...
I don't know. Watch world "adjacent?"
No one is paying us to be on this page. There's no hook or advertising here. We just want to show you what other stuff we're into, and support their businesses in any way we can.
Check them out. Buy their stuff. Tell 'em CHP Caliber sent you.

Watchparts Motorcycles
Horological Artist
Toronto-based artist Dan Tanenbaum, known as WatchPartsMotorcycles, turns vintage watch parts into one-of-a-kind sculptures. He began with miniature motorcycles and now covers everything from animal skulls and Air Jordans to his KAWGS series, setting gears, hands, and bezels into detailed mosaics over found objects.
A lifelong collector raised in a family of collectors, he sees each old movement as a time capsule that deserves a second life on display. His work has appeared in The New York Times and Sharp, and it sits in the collections of Steve Aoki, Chief Keef, and NFL players Bud Dupree, Josh Jacobs, and Xavier McKinney.
(He also has a small line of acrylic watch bracelets, his "Frozen in Time" series... you'll see Becca rocking on her wrist now at all times...)
Vysen
Eyewear
The word VYSEN comes from the ancient english language, delineating the meaning of “unique” or “different”. In addition to virtue, which highlights a quality trait, promoting collective and individual greatness. In each of their creations, they emphasize their passion spectrum into our sunglasses: love & energy. Their collection is made with meticulous details of craftsmanship where 42 different steps are taken in order for a Vysen to come to life. To develop sophisticated artisanal frames that feature layers of depth, their factory in Italy utilizes only the highest quality materials in optics.
Their commitment to craftsmanship delivers unmatched quality and a timeless style that transforms glasses from mere function to coveted pieces of art.
(And yeah, they're the glasses that Becca wears almost daily...)

Sunflower Man
Fashion Artist
Sunflowerman is a fashion artist, born with a pencil in his hand. After growing up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he set out to travel the world with a suitcase full of art supplies. Living in London, Milan, Paris and New York inspired him to revive the lost art of men’s fashion illustration with his signature style.
When he isn’t traveling, you can find him in the Sunflowerman Studio overlooking Lake St Clair in Detroit, Michigan.
Sunflowerman currently works with clients worldwide to capture their stories on paper. You've seen Sunflowerman illustrations in lookbooks, on showroom walls, and painted live during events. His work can be found in private collections in London, Hong Kong, Dallas, New York, Cape Town, Dubai, and across the globe.
(Becca owns on of his pieces, and couldn't be more happy about it; she's supported local artists since she was a teenager, so naturally, there will be a lot of artists on this list.)
Fitwell Buckles
Watch Parts / Accesories
Ever had a watch that’s just slightly off, where one hole is too tight and the next is too loose? Fitwell fixes that. Its micro-adjust buckles and links let you fine-tune your strap in tiny increments, so your watch sits exactly right on your wrist all day. It works with most straps you already own, and swapping it on takes about two minutes, with no trip to a jeweler. Pieces come in stainless steel, titanium, and yellow gold finishes, starting at $40 retail. Fitwell also offers Trade & OEM services and is already used by brands including Sherpa, Delugs, Awake, KUOE, Haim, and 5280 Watch Co.
(As someone with a teeny tiny wrist, Becca has a few Fitwells on her straps; her retailers have also taken an interest in potentially bringing in the buckles into their repairs departments to offer a unique solution to their client's micro-adjustment requests.)

Atom Moore

(We're big fans of Atom's art over here - Becca just picked up her first piece, and we love that he can produce almost any size in all of his art, meaning that anyone can own an Atom Moore, budget big or small.)

(They also have incredible custom work capabilities, and made the watch rolls that CHP Caliber uses (pictured right) on a daily basis. We're stoked with how they turned out.)

Boundary Layer Studio
Textile Watch Straps
Boundary Layer Studio designs distinctive, exclusive watch straps and accessories around a philosophy of elegant utility, using the best possible materials crafted to the highest standards.
Its Signature Collection is cut from high-quality textiles, including Loro Piana, and other ultra-premium Italian fabrics, finished with Old World craftsmanship and attention to detail. The Ventura Collection pairs hyper-strong, lightweight Dyneema fabric with supple aniline leather, blending modern performance with traditional strapmaking. The result is a strap line that brings the refinement of fine tailoring to the wrist.
(We love this concept, considering Becca came from the luxury fashion world, and got to see these in person for the first time at Windup in 2026. We were blown away. Seeing them in-person really solidified to us this is a brand to watch...pun intended)
