Prior to launching CHP Caliber, Becca held key roles in luxury retail and wholesale, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, consistently exceeding sales targets, and growing integral wholesale territories. Becca was an Account Executive with Shinola for 5 years, and built a strong, solid gold reputation with over 90+ independent jewelry/watch retailers across the Northeast and in Canada (the heart of the US watch market). With experience in training, marketing, and sales strategies within Indie Jewelry/Watch Stalwarts, along with Big Box Retailers (Neiman's, Saks, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales), she's uniquely positioned to help usher in new, exciting talent into key partners domestically and in Canada.
She has worked closely with independent jewelers, high-end watch brands, and retail powerhouses, crafting strategies that enhance profitability while maintaining authenticity and trust in client relationships.
